Our Principles of Learning

From the Learning Sprouts Owner, Ms. Amy: Learning Sprouts is my "home away from home" and I hope that all the children that enter in the building feel the warmth and nurturing environment while being in a safe, stimulating & fun classroom!

From the Learning Sprouts Director, Ms. Robyn: I am excited to take on the role as Director at Learning Sprouts this school year. I will remain in the classroom as well, teaching the Preschool Plus class. I have been working in the Early Education and Care field for approximately thirty-five years, teaching and being the Director at several schools. I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and participate in Educational Professional Development Training's and workshops to stay up to date with what is going on in the Education field. As we enter into the 2020 school year, please know that your child's health, safety and development is very important to us. Learning Sprouts will look a little different and there will be changes this year, but we look forward to seeing everyone and having a fun filled year.

From the Learning Sprouts Assistant Director, Ms. Chyrsten: I will be the Assistant director and Preschool 2 teacher this year. I am very excited and honored to take on this new position. I am teacher, lead teacher, Director I & Director II certified through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. I am currently enrolled in the Associates in Early Education program at Middlesex Community College. I have recently completed courses in Administration, Supervision, and Management of Child Care Programs and Planning Programs and Environments for Children. This semester I am taking courses in Curriculum in Early Childhood programs, Social Media, and Nutrition. I look forward to working with all the children and families and seeing everyone back at Learning Sprouts.

At Learning Sprouts Children's Center and Preschool, we know that every child is unique and has their own special interests and needs.  Our goal is to encourage the love of learning and exploration of the world around them while providing them with a safe, stimulating &  nurturing environment!

Our program begins accepting children at the age of 15 months.  At Learning Sprouts, we focus on the growth of the whole child; socially, physically, cognitively & emotionally.
